Shipping policy
We understand how excited your are about your purchase and how important it is for you to receive your order on time in top notch condition. Therefore, our team will be working deliberately to ensure that your order reaches you within the specified time.
1. Domestic Shipping Policy - United Arab Emirates (UAE)
Once we receive your confirmed order, we will take 1 business day to process and pack your order and an additional 1-2 business days to deliver it to your location in the UAE.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Orders over AED 150 qualify for free shipping anywhere in the UAE. For all other orders, a shipping fee of AED 20 will be applied at checkout.
If an order is cancelled before it is dispatched or lost in transit, the entire order amount including shipping costs will be refunded.
2. International Shipping Policy - Outside UAE
All international orders are shipped via reliable global couriers such as DHL, FedEx, or India Post (EMS), depending on the destination and delivery speed. A minimum order of AED 1000 is required to start placing international orders.
2.1. Processing Time:
Orders are processed and dispatched within 2–4 business days for international orders.
2.2. Delivery Time:
Estimated delivery time ranges from 7–15 business days, depending on the destination country.
2.3. Shipping Charges:
Shipping charges vary by country, weight, and order value. Final cost will be shown at checkout.
2.4. Customs, Duties & Taxes:
Any import duties, taxes, or customs fees are the responsibility of the customer and may be charged upon delivery. Please check with your country’s customs office for details.
2.5. Tracking:
A tracking number will be shared via email/SMS once the order is shipped. You will also be able to find it on the website via your dashboard.
2.6. Refunds & Returns:
Currently, we do not accept returns or exchanges for international orders unless the product is damaged during transit. Please contact us with unboxing video proof within 24 hours of delivery. Kindly refer to the Refund Policy to know more.
