Kasavu Series: Micro Check Red and Black with Golden Border Saree

This saree is a beautiful example of a Kerala Kasavu, specifically a contemporary take on the traditional Set Saree. It balances the cultural heritage of South India with a vibrant, modern colour palette. The base is a classic off-white or cream cotton, featuring a subtle checkered (grid) pattern woven with fine golden threads. The pallu is the statement piece of this garment. It features bold, vertical stripes in rich gold zari, vibrant red, and deep black. The saree is finished with a thin, contrasting Red and Black border, mirroring the colours found in the pallu and providing a sharp frame to the lighter fabric.

Tassels: To add a playful, handcrafted touch, the edge of the pallu is finished with knotted tassels in alternating red and black thread.This saree comes with a running blouse, but also can be paired with Red/Black blouses.
